Our dog was turning for the worse much faster than we anticipated, but Dr. Presley was flexible with her schedule and came to our home, even during inclement weather conditions (snow).
 
She explained how the process worked, as well as showed compassion by giving us the time we needed to comfort him and make sure that his passing was pain-free. She did things on our time.
 
He laid on his favorite bed, snuggled up by the fire with his favorite blankets, and held our hands as he left us. We cuddled until the end.
 
We are forever grateful for her making this very difficult time as easy as possible. This was the best decision for our family and we couldn’t be more at peace with how our Stoli went to heaven.

My dog was diagnosed with degenerative myelopathy, and I had to make the hardest decision of my life and put him down. Dr. Jaime Presley, along with other veterinarians, was recommended to me. Dr. Presley immediately stood out to me in her personal approach to my very emotional decision.
 
She reached out to me after business hours and was generally very responsive and accommodating to my schedule. The day of the procedure, she treated my dog Liran as a member of my family who I was about to part with, and not just another euthanasia.
 
I remember wanting to “go back on my decision” and I very much appreciated her walking me through and helping me make the right decision for my dog. During that moment, she wasn’t just a vet for my dog, she was a counselor to me. The next day, seeing how distressed I was during the procedure, I received a follow-up message from Dr. Presley, checking on me.
 
Considering the hard decision that I had to make, I could not have wished for a better veterinarian to help me say good-bye to my companion. I was treated with compassion, and Liran was treated with the utmost respect!

One of the most difficult things in the world is having to say good-bye to your four-legged loved ones. I cannot begin to tell you how loving and compassionate Dr. Presley was when it was time for us to send our precious Deeder over the rainbow bridge.
 
She came to our home earlier then scheduled because DD was in so much pain. As soon as she arrived, DD went to her as if she had known her forever, even though they had never met. We all went into the yard, one of Deeder’s favorite spots, where we all sat in the grass and said our I love yous and good-byes. Nothing was rushed, it was done in the most comforting and loving way.
 
I cannot begin to thank you enough for making our journey over the rainbow bridge an experience of comfort and love, YOU are our Deeders angel here on earth!
